As the end of my 2009 Jetta lease drew near, I wrestled with the decision to buy out my lease or purchase a new vehicle. San Tan VW had performed the oli changes on my Jetta (originally purchased in western New York) and as the service was excellent, my fiance and I decided to go there to "weigh my options". We were wandering around the parking lot, when Jack approached us to see if we had any questions he could answer, and I am truly grateful he did! Jack took his time with me and all of my questions and never once pressured me in any way. After looking at a few different models, I had narrowed it down to either keeping my Jetta or getting a new Passat. Jack took the extra effort to crunch ALL the numbers for BOTH scenarios for us and had endless patience with my indecision. I finally decided on the Passat, but was hesitant about it and instead of ignoring my wavering and rejoicing in my new purchase, Jack reassured me that he understood the Jetta had been "my baby" and that it was a difficult decision. He even went the extra mile to find the color I wanted at a dealership in Avondale! After signing all the paperwork (and having 400 more questions patiently answered, with friendly humor, by Brian), we were put into a brand new Passat and sent home while they sent someone out to retrieve my new car. Jack then DROVE OUR NEW CAR TO OUR HOUSE AT 9PM ON A SUNDAY NIGHT! And he did not simply "drop it off and go" he spent over an hour with me, making sure that I understood how to work each feature and even helping me snyc my phone and set my stations on the radio! This was the 2nd VW we've purchased from San Tan VW in less than a year. Both times, Jack was our salesman and he is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. While waiting, for a very short while, for the paperwork to be completed, I also interacted with Ron, like last year, and he's always a hoot. Very friendly staff at this dealership! My paperwork/financing was processed with Christian and he was very helpful. Didn't feel pressured to purchase a warranty I didn't need, picked the one that would work for our family!!
