I began my query for a Golf approx. 2 mons. prior to relocating to the Gilbert area. My wifes Jetta has had a rattle behind the dash for a few months now and I have brought it back a couple times to try to get it fixed. Every time I brought it in the techs would try something different and i months now and I have brought it back a couple times to try to get it fixed. Every time I brought it in the techs would try something different and it would usually fix the problem for a couple of days, but it would come back. The last time I brought it in was for the 30K mile service, and I told Becky that the problem still existed. She recommended I take a tech for a drive to show them what the issue was and then she said I should leave it with them for the rest of the day so that they can really take a good look at it, so I left the car there and she gave me a loaner. I picked my car up the next morning and drove it around trying everything I could to make it rattle again. Truth be told the interior actually sounded quieter than it ever had. They fixed that rattle for good this time. Sometimes those are the hardest problems to troubleshoot. More

I stopped in to San Tan VW in the middle of the day to pick up new bateries for the remote keyless entry for my daughter's Jetta. Ron asked me if I wanted to see any cars on my way out. Ron's knowledge of the vehicle was enormous. He answered every question, then added interesting facts and features, and mentioned the great fiancing presently availble. He probably thought that I was dusting him off when I finally said that I would have to come back with my wife later. After dinner, I convinced my wife to " just go for a look". We came home with a beautiful new R Line CC. Just what (I)we wanted...even the color was perfect. Ron is a truely knowledgeable and enthusiastic salesman. The dealership is quite new and very nice. The employees are friendly. The location is good, right off of the 202. Don't get the new Jetta unless you can get the 2.5 liter 5 cylinder engine.
