Now that the dust has settled I can can give a final review. The facility is nice and welcoming. The staff is understanding and not pushy at all. I was able to find the model with the features I was looking for on a used car(none of the 8 used cars I looked at were visibly used). I noticed a lack of tint between two equal models and the Patrick offered to correct that at no cost. I discussed my payment schedule with him and bob was able to match it. the plethora of options in the finance office is enough to suit even the most discerning shopper. My used car is now more fully warrantied(5 year service contract), protected(outer and inner spray coatings) and insured(Gap) than a New car from most other brands. There was a problem with the 5.0% @ 72 month loan, so VW decided to drop my rate to 3.5% and shorten my term to 66 months. When I expressed the higher payment would be an issue Christian reworked the deal and I kept my payment and all but one option and I kept the new 3.4% @66m deal. I search most of the east valley and even other VW dealers during the three day memorial day weekend. I visited and talked numbers with over 45 dealers looking for the right used sedan for 19,000. These guys were way better to work with. I live next to a VW dealer( hint they are the only VW dealer with only 1 rating and its a bad one) and i will still drive 20 miles out of my way to do all my services and future car purchases with SANTAN VW. I feel after all the work I put in to finding this car I was well rewarded. I want to personally thank the entire staff for wrapping up my 3day car shopping ban-naz-za successfully. More
Well, I did it again. I had such a great experience at SanTan Volkswagen when I bought a 2011 Jetta for my wife that I just had to go back and buy a 2011 Jetta SportWagen for myself. I initially had my eye on a Tiguan that was on their used lot, but after Sabrina and I worked the numbers for a while we came to the conclusion that the Tiguan was just a bit above my price range. I though all was lost until she recommended that we look at vehicles in a different price range. I looked around the VW website and found that the Jetta SportWagen was in my range, and it would suite all of my needs so I decided to take a look at them. Unfortunately, the model I wanted wasn't on the lot at SanTan, but Sabrina was able to find one for me, in Tuscon. It took a couple of days to get it delivered since it was a holiday weekend, but after much anticipation, I was able to pick up my new SportWagen this afternoon. When I showed up at the dealership, Sabrina was meticulously cleaning it and making sure everything was spotless. She showed me the ins and outs of the car and made sure everything was taken car of before I left. A much as I thought that the last time I bought a car here was the best dealership experience that I have had, this one was even better. And as always, John and Bob did a great job of making sure everything went smoothly, and Christian in finance was really friendly and helpful. Trust me, if you are in the market for a new car, go down to SanTan VW and talk to Sabrina. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right car, for the right price, and I know she will do the same for you. More

Since we are "older" folks, we needed lots of assistance with blue-tooth, and they took plenty of time to help get us set up, so both ou a car here. I had went to Midway Nissan and bought a car. They had me sign all off the papers, gave me the car and sent me on my way. 2 weeks later they called me and said they needed the car back because they could fin sign all off the papers, gave me the car and sent me on my way. 2 weeks later they called me and said they needed the car back because they could find me financing. Fortunately, the car needed a new radiator anyways, so I didnt lose anything by giving it back. Initially, I spoke to Seth Madison over the phone and told him my concerns and what Nissan put me through. He said he understood and that he would get me approved before I had to come into the dealership. We hung up and he called back after 10 minutes. Told me that I was approved for a NEW car! I didnt expect anything more that a cheap used one. I went in, picked one out and was done! It was so easy and my payments are $100 cheaper than what I would have paid at Nissan. SanTan made things very easy. All I had to do was sign some paperwork. I had some issues with my co-signer and scheduling and they accomidated me by bringing the paperwork to us!!! I had a great experience at SanTan, and honestly, when I want to get another vehicle, I will return in a heartbeat. More
I was pleasantly surprised to find a new VW dealership close to my house and actually was headed to the Ford dealership next door when I stumbled on San Tan VW. I never made it to Ford as I ended up buying a new 2011 Jetta TDI Sedan. The car is perfect as expected, but the entire purchasing experience far exceeded my expectations. Patrick McGuire was great, he knew the cars and wasn't your typical pushy sales guy. Christian in Finance was also awesome, he gave me a great deal and I would buy my next 10 cars from ruses guys. A+++ all the way. More
This was my first time getting a new car. I was a little nervous about the whole situation. But as soon as Ron started talking to us, I became comfortable. Now all my friends love my car and are jealous of the sweet deal I got. I haven't stopped talking about my car and I love it! More
San Tan Volkswagen is your typical "run around" cheesy car dealership! Over the phone, they give you a straight forward numbers and then when you arrive at the dealership, those numbers change! Andre is very passionate and easy going. He is all about connecting with us. At the same time, he is as knowledgeable as a car sales can be. We are also impressed by his dedication. It was almost 9 PM on a Friday night when we finished the paperwork with Christian at the Finance office (also a quick praise to Christian for his great work during our purchase), Andre was still energetically and patiently explaining how every gadgets in the car work and helping us set up everything before we left. He was definitely there to help and we really appreciated his efforts. We came home happy with our new car. Will recommend Andre with no doubt! More

I had a great experience at San Tan VW. I went to Thorobred Chevy right before and they were very shifty when trying to work out a deal. They were not friendly and talked down to me. I talked with Jack first and he was straight forward and took what I said seriously. I also had my 2 year-old son with me and they were great with him, especially Patrick and Christian. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I has brand new facilities and the staff is excellent. More
