I was asked to check for any scratches before I left the lot however I didn’t see any due to the weather so I took it home and when it dried off I noticed surface scratches on the left front door I brought it back this morning and frankly expected a hassle to get it repaired but to my surprise they took it right back and resolved the issue. I love my Taos so far it has exceeded my expectations and so has Volkswagen So. Town I would and will recommend this dealership to anyone. More

My experience with Volkswagen Southtowne was excellent! I am a first time buyer and had really known idea what I was doing, but they were so helpful and helped me to know my options and really appreciated I am a first time buyer and had really known idea what I was doing, but they were so helpful and helped me to know my options and really appreciated that! Daniel was helping me with the process before I even came into the dealership. I knew what car I was coming in for and Charley was waiting for me ready to take the car on a test drive. Axle helped me with my paper work and was so good at explaining everything to me. Overall, I had the best experience buying for my first time and loved the experience. They are all so great and chill there. Would recommend to everyone!! More
