How is that my fault, that my Volkswagen is faulty and needs to be repaired? I was quoted the accurate repair time when I made the appointment, but upon checking 2 days later I'm now told it's going to be 6 hours to do a one and a half hour job. I also can't get a loaner car because Volkswagen isn't making any money off fixing something wrong with their product. Definitely won't ever shop with Volkswagen Southtowne again. Likely won't purchase a Volkswagen ever again. More
