I took my vehicle to perform 3 recalls but I never got received after pickup my vehicle what was done, one of the recall the remove my engine cover but they never advice me about of the removal, and or wh received after pickup my vehicle what was done, one of the recall the remove my engine cover but they never advice me about of the removal, and or what is next my engine is uncovered for now not knowing what is going to happen now, they also told me my vehicle supposedly be washed as a courtesy but never happened, just not very happy with my last experience. Someone on saff at VW, for an unknown reason, attempted to open our broken sunroof amd got it stuck open, which caused me to have to wait even longer for the car, but then bring it back forget another roun to open our broken sunroof amd got it stuck open, which caused me to have to wait even longer for the car, but then bring it back forget another round of troubleshooting to get it closed. It was eventually closed, but caused me headaches in logistics dropping back off and picking up. Further, I had to remind someone that I had asked for the dashboare service notification to be cancelled (there had been a recent oil change already), and nobody seemed to notice that the tire pressure light was on.
