Great service I took my VW to a dealership closer to my work, I was told I need a $500 tune up to keep my warranty valid. I was surprised because the car is practic I took my VW to a dealership closer to my work, I was told I need a $500 tune up to keep my warranty valid. I was surprised because the car is practically new. I then left and went where I purchased the car to Southtown VW and they informed me that was not what I needed to keep my warranty, I had the needed oil change etc and left paying about $160. Almost 200k miles on my TDI Jetta, and the VWST team has never tried to get me into unneeded parts or services, which dealerships are notorious for. More

First service visit - will be back! I visited VW Southtowne for the first time to do my '09 VW New Beetle's 50k mile maintenance. We don't have a Volkswagen dealership near us, and this I visited VW Southtowne for the first time to do my '09 VW New Beetle's 50k mile maintenance. We don't have a Volkswagen dealership near us, and this was one of the closest options. Brandon worked with me to make sure that we got to the bottom of my electrical issues and got my Beetle (affectionately named Mozzie) in top performance. Brandon was friendly, efficient, and very attentive in making sure that I was comfortable, taken care of, and answering any questions that I had. Despite being a dealership, I had a very personalised and good experience with the service department and will definitely be returning for any further service I need done. Thank you! More
