DSG Service I had contacted VW Southtowne to let them know that when they replaced my battery, they forgot to include the shroud around the battery when they re-a I had contacted VW Southtowne to let them know that when they replaced my battery, they forgot to include the shroud around the battery when they re-assembled the replacement. Well they couldn't find it. There was and is no proof, beyond my word, that the shroud was there in the first place. Adam took my word for it and ordered the replacement part no questions. I appreciate the excellent customer service Adam displayed and decided, when the part came in, to have the DSG serviced at the same time they put the shroud back on. They did a great job, and it was done quickly. The price for the DSG was less than I expected....which was a nice surprise. More

Salesman/Sales Manager will say anything to get you to buy Like the title says, I recently filed bankruptcy and my car was falling apart so I went there and they told me that any credit union would be happy to Like the title says, I recently filed bankruptcy and my car was falling apart so I went there and they told me that any credit union would be happy to refinance my loan after 6 months of re-establishing my payments. I made every payment of time and went to refinance and every bank/credit union told me that the "least amount of time would be 1 year" Not only am I steamed about that but the car I bought had issues (leaky gaskets, etc) that they refused to take care of. I was also promised 3 free car details. Every time I took it in to get done all they did was wash the outside and never touched the inside even though I waited for 2 hours plus. It was on the third time I lost my temper (in front of other customers....sorry) they finally did the job right. DON'T TRUST THEM. I learned the hard way to do all my research before buying. More
