Malik was wonderful! My check-engine light came on, on Monday January 12th, as I was driving home from work. Tuesday January 13th , I was able to bring my car in, and $12 My check-engine light came on, on Monday January 12th, as I was driving home from work. Tuesday January 13th , I was able to bring my car in, and $1226 later, my check-engine light is off, and my car is fixed. It was A LOT of money for me to spend, but since I need a car to drive to work and so forth, I had no choice but to spend that money to be safe, and have a working vehicle... Malik was kind enough to explain everything thoroughly, and helped me understand that spending that money was necessary, and will keep my car in good condition for a long period of time. I am glad, that even though I need to spend A LOT of money, that the service is prompt, friendly, and efficient. I however, will NEVER buy a Volkswagen again, and I highly discourage most everyone that I come into contact with, to NEVER buy a Volkswagen, as well. My 1993 Toyota Camry has never needed the extreme services and extreme costs that my 2001 VW New Beetle has needed over the years. It seems like every time I turn around my money pit of a 2001 VW New Beetle needs another thousand or MORE dollars put into it, to keep it running. So even though, I am satisfied with the service I've received, I am tired of having a car, that needs so much work, all of the time. I am not impressed by the Volkswagen brand at all... Malik has my sincere gratitude, for helping me with my "special car". More

Even the simplest repair is great! I had to come to VW Southtowne because I'm just bumbling enough to not be able to put in my own headlight lamp install. I've come to depend on the service center for literally everything when it comes to my Jetta, and always come away highly satisfied! More

However, it took far longer, but the gentlemen working at the front were very polite, accommodating, and just all around sweethearts. They apologized for the wait numerous times, and then because it was actually over 2 hours, they gave it to me for free! I know that that wasn't typical, but I am satisfied with how they treated me/"made up" for the busy morning. Happy customer. :) More
