After 10 years of business buying 5 vehicles and referring numerous friends and family, I decided to bring my New Jeep in for an oil change and was given the worst experience. May 13th was my birthd referring numerous friends and family, I decided to bring my New Jeep in for an oil change and was given the worst experience. May 13th was my birthday and I wanted to be productive with my day off. What was supposed to be a two hour service quickly took a turn and I was shuttled home. Six hours later I got a shuttle back as I was told my Jeep was ready. I go to drive and my Jeep was not drivable and I walked back to service to speak with the manager and asked why I was told to pick up my vehicle six hours later and it was not operable. They sent me for my third shuttle home and said I’d get a call Saturday morning, when there are no managers available. Saturday morning I took my fourth shuttle back to the dealership. To my surprise my hood the entire hood had surface scratches. Not sure if it was the wash or something else. I brought the concerns to my service advisor and was told I’d be taken care of immediately. To my surprise his manager called me back in the office and said here is very poor footage of your Jeep the day you checked it in and those scratches were there before you brought the Jeep. There were no visible scratches and the camera footage was a light glare over dust. I escalated the matter to sales manager and still no resolution and no action to correct or own the mistake. The only course of action was to try and prove they did nothing wrong. Ruined a long time business relationship and a birthday that nobody could ever forget! More
