I was surprised and dismayed with the $8500 in additional services that the sales people tried to add on to our completed deal. I also thought the final paper signing took much longer than was necessary bec services that the sales people tried to add on to our completed deal. I also thought the final paper signing took much longer than was necessary because they were not ready at our appointed time. I like the car, and I think the final deal was what I was looking for, but I expected them to be more professional and prompt as we finished up. More

You lies about what was wrong with my truck, when I got my truck back it leaked oil. The report said I needed front brakes and rotors. I took my truck to my mechanic and they are in good condition. The bra my truck back it leaked oil. The report said I needed front brakes and rotors. I took my truck to my mechanic and they are in good condition. The brakes do not need to be replaced. This was a horrible experience and my my mechanic is filling out a report so I can send to you corporate office. More

Antonio is the man! I use him for all of our sublet work and he is absolutely the most responsive person I’ve had at any of the dealers I work with. I was already given a diagnosis of my vehicle at the dealership who I bought my vehicle from when I got an oil change and when it had been sent to another dealership, I was charged almost $260 for anoth dealership who I bought my vehicle from when I got an oil change and when it had been sent to another dealership, I was charged almost $260 for another diagnostic test. The only good experience I had was getting a rental for the day and customer service from the cashier. More
