We needed to get out of a 150k vehicle that we were upside down in and another that had a mystery issue we had dumped a lot of money into with little success in finding the problem. We needed a larger AWD/4WD vehicle as well as a second car for my wife. Our credit situation has some challenges as well. We found a vehicle we wanted to look at, talked to Karissa online and described the situation very candidly. She set us up with Keegan at the West Valley dealership who was very helpful. We went to look, anticipating that we wouldn't be able to accomplish anything that day because we didn't have much to put down yet. Josh in finance looked at the situation and knew how to get us from point A to point B with very little down. The team worked very hard to help us accomplish our goals. They listened to our concerns about where we needed our payments to be. We felt like they were working FOR us and not pressuring us to do something we weren't sure of. Customer for life! More

I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon and the serviceman said that it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday afternoon. The only thing i had wrong with it was a awd sensor. It was warranty work and sh serviceman said that it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday afternoon. The only thing i had wrong with it was a awd sensor. It was warranty work and should not have taken 3 days. I dont know what I would have done if I was working that week as I need a way to work. As it was i had to have my daughter drive from Draoer just to pick me up and drive me where I needed to go and gas prices how they are I felt like an inconvenience to her. Antonio told me he was off on Mondays and I feel that was a bug reason it took so long. I dont know why he couldn't have another service person help to gwt my car sooner. I dont know what happened to Wade Brenehan but he was very helpful and got my car finished soon. More
