Austin in the service department went out of his way to assist me. He deduced correctly that the battery was bad. So we went forward with the maintenance and tested the battery. It was bad so they replaced assist me. He deduced correctly that the battery was bad. So we went forward with the maintenance and tested the battery. It was bad so they replaced it. The warning light cleared on its own. They kept me informed the whole time. Great service! More

Very poor customer service. After they fixed my jeep and it could not make it back to my home. They had to tow it back to their service station and then they tried to charge me After they fixed my jeep and it could not make it back to my home. One of the lady's at the desk was a little mean. The guy who needed up taking care of me was way nicer. But he lacked some communication.
