I like my Jeep so much we ordered one for my husband. Here is where things get dicey. Ken Garff West Valley you went from a firm 5 to a dismal -20. We cannot get this Jeep finished and delivered. Your empty promises get worse by the minute. No callbacks, no color choices, too many oops. You have hung up on me 3 times today. If you can't get the parts, just tell me you can't get the parts. If someone was handing me ANOTHER 80K I would drink some dark green tin and fabricate those miserable rims. I wish so badly that I would not have done business with you. I think this is the most miserable, short sited experience I have had in a long long time. I am so disgusted with you and your shoddy customer service of which there is none, I wouldn't be surprised if we aborted this decision and you can mess with some other poor stupid fool, who would then be subjected to your special form of pain. But as far as we are concerned you are finished, dragging your feet, hanging up on us, can't, won't, don't think so, and totally and unequivocally finished with you.
