They diagnosed a problem with the EGR and needed replacement for $900 estimate. I couldn’t afford it right then due to me replacing the EGR just a few weeks before that. I had a friend mechanic come replacement for $900 estimate. I couldn’t afford it right then due to me replacing the EGR just a few weeks before that. I had a friend mechanic come look at it and said all that was wrong was the gasket that was on the EGR valve. So we bought another gasket at auto Zone for $4 and the check engine light hasn’t been on since. So what I got out of that is that you didn’t properly diagnose the problem and just want to throw parts at it and labor. Also when I brought my van home from the dealership because I couldn’t afford the repair, my friend mechanic found a loose connections at the air box and hoses not even hooked up. I had the transmission mount underneath replaced by you the first time I brought it in in December and it’s missing a bolt underneath, I found that out when I went to change the oil. Also had you change the valve gaskets because of a leak. After I went and had tire shop rotate the tires And another shop recommended to change my valve gaskets again due to after your repair the valve box wasn’t cleaned up so it looked like it was still leaking. Also the same tire shop showed me that the engine mounts needed to be replaced due to the engine shifting more the 2-3 inches when revved. And your shop totally missed it. I don’t understand how you missed it since I was told that the transmission mount underneath needed replacement and had you do the repairs. I also wanted the HVAC system to be able to switch from floor to defrost. They did the repairs but repaired the wrong actuator. They actually said that there were multiple actuators not working but only repaired the AC actuator when my concern was for the actuator that controlled the defrost so on cold mornings my son could see out of the windshield. The customer service was great. The technician's work was trash; they didn't explain why the lights were on or what needed to be changed to fix them. They also suggested changing things that had been replaced only a couple of months prior. It felt like they were just trying to sell me things and not address the issues. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
