I we told me I needed a 1000 down then told me it would be 45k then tried to work in the extra warranties before I approved it then ones I refused it dropped to 40k but still needed a 1000 down. Then when I have problems with the car in the first 48 hours and said why not just put me in the other one and they said no but yet there were the same exact car the other one was just a different color on top of that I felt the attitude from the financial guy and I did not appreciate that at all More
Very disappointed. I was scheduled for a repair. I took time off work to drop my jeep off only to be called that same afternoon to come back to pick up my jeep because I was scheduled for a repair. We scheduled the appointment only because you had the part ! The most frustrating part was the excuse I received from the guy who was working with me that my jeep qualifies to have the recall fixed. That’s B. S. You contacted me. We scheduled the repair based on part availability. Now 3 weeks later still no call back to fix the problem. More
