A dealer created issue for a routine maintenance led to a catastrophic failure (oil plug fell out). It led to 7 weeks without my vehicle and no idea of a schedule for the repairs. While they acknowledge their mistake, the service adviser's attitude was basically a shoulder shrug. The recurring statement "I don't see what the deal is. We are paying for repairs and a rental."
