Pulled into dealership garage at 9:00 and waited 20 minutes for someone to help. No one called or texted for an update. By 5:00 I called and was told that it wasn't looked at. Horrible experience. I dropped my car off on a Friday to have a recall fixed, oil change, tire rotation and interior door fixed. I waited around all day and didn’t hear anything until 6:00 pm. They said th have a recall fixed, oil change, tire rotation and interior door fixed. I waited around all day and didn’t hear anything until 6:00 pm. They said the door part was not in stock but would be in on Monday. I said to just keep the car until the part arrives and call me when done. No one called on Monday to let me know the status of the car. Nothing. Started calling Tuesday. Left over 14 messages with no return call. Nothing. Started calling Wednesday morning. Left over 20 messages, filled out the contact sheet in the website, pleaded my case with the IM on the site. Nothing. Finally at around 2:00 I get a call saying my car is done. I find a ride to the dealership. Get ignored for 20 minutes. When someone finally helps me, they tell me my car will be done in 30 minutes. This is after looking around for my car keys for 20 minutes. I ask to at least pay the bill. Nope. It’s not ready yet and they didn’t have the total. What????!!! Why did you not call me for three days and when you finally do, lie and say my car is ready? I go back home and wait. An hour later get a call that it really is ready to pick up this time. Get another ride to the dealership. Unacceptable, unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent, uncaring, inconsiderate... I can go on. Rate my experience? I would give a minus 5 stars if I could. More

WARNING AVOID THIS DEALER. this dealer not only tried to rip me off in the sale. There service is beyond ridiculous. I go there for repairs and service. With the bays all empty. So after being pushed to the fourth guy. And him just sitting there saying nothing. For 15 min I walk out the door. I call to speak with a manager 4 times. I got nothing. Not one dam response. Just like the service center. Must be in there training there.. if you value your time your money. And want an overall good experience go anywhere but ken garf. Were customer service means nothing.
