Abraham and Steven helped me, and it was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had car buying. I was fairly nervous because I’ve never done anything by myself. And they both made it so simple. Bought a jeep from them in February 2021. The experience while there was pleasant, but as soon as we paid it changed. We decided when buying the jeep that we wanted a few additional items. We ordered seat while there was pleasant, but as soon as we paid it changed. We decided when buying the jeep that we wanted a few additional items. We ordered seat heaters and a kayak rack for the vehicle. We had to call a few times to get a time set up for them to install the seat heaters, but they finally did it and we were pleased. Unfortunately from there it went downhill. When my husband went to have them install the kayak rack they didn't order all of the parts. They handed him the parts they had and sent him on his way. They were going to call us when the other parts came in and never did. We called back several times only to have them tell us they didn't have the parts yet. We asked for our money back (750.00) which they did not give us and we still don't have the kayak rack installed on our jeep - we do have some of the parts. We even called the "manager" and he didn't call us back. More

The advisory I had was amazing nothing against her. I just never have a good time with this place. I tell them everything I need then I hardly can ever get it. I also got charged tone of money for an oil just never have a good time with this place. I tell them everything I need then I hardly can ever get it. I also got charged tone of money for an oil filter that you buy at auto zone for 4 bucks. I have worked at a dealership for three years and we did a lot more to take care of our customers and do anything to get them what they need and want. This isn’t the place I never leave bad reviews but this time I felt the need especially cause I always have problems when I am here. I continue to come cause the warranty on my vehicle will expire if I do it myself or go somewhere else. More
