We needed a van because our daughter is in a wheelchair and we needed the extra room. Robbie and Natalia were able to find us some that fit our budget and the options that we wanted. My husband and I were looking for a small sized pickup to replace the other truck he had sold. We decided to stop at Ken Garff in West Valley first since it was in West Valley where we live. We were greeted by Jeremy and David who helped us with buying our new Dakota. At the time we were dreading the thought of going through what we went through the last time we bought a car. It took us eight hours before we got the deal we wanted and were frazzled by the time it was over. Jeremy and David made our experience so easy that we had a hard time believing it was that easy. Needless to say we ended up buying our Dakota at Ken Garff because of the wonderful way we were treated. Justin also helped us with the financing in a quick and stress free manner. My son is at college in Utha and I (dad) live in Florida. After his current car caught fire and was totaled he needed a new car. Dan treated my son like a gentelman and not just a kid. He spend a week working with him and once all was done I called up and spoke to the finance guy (Alex)who already had all the paper work ready (dad needed to co-sign.) Again my son was not jerked around but treated like like a gentleman by Alex. We bought the car on a Thursday and unfortunatly we had a warranty item that needed to be handled immediately. We did not find this problem until Saturday night and my my son was flying home Monday at 6:00am. The dealreship is closed on Sunday yet Dan met my son at the dealership on Sunday took the car and keys and said he would get it handled. Dan Followed up with e-mails letting me know the status and even offered to take my son to the airport if needed. NOW ThAT IS SERVICE!!!!!!!! More

Although we have bought new cars over the years for my wife, I haven't purchased a NEW vehicle for myself since 1984! One of the reasons for this is my intense dislike of pushy sales people.
