Earlier today I looked online at the dealer inventory and decided a Jeep Patriot would be a great choice for me. Shortly after inquiring about the vehicle, Dorian had sent me a very nice email which convinc decided a Jeep Patriot would be a great choice for me. Shortly after inquiring about the vehicle, Dorian had sent me a very nice email which convinced me that I wanted to do business with this dealer. I stopped by after work just to look at the car, maybe test drive. Dorian ran into me in the parking lot and knew my name immediately. He asked Marc to show me the car I had inquired about. Due to my heigth, the Patriot was not a good choice for me. Marc immediately offered up a better choice and showed me the Jeep Liberty. I had researched online and figured out what I wanted to pay and could afford. Dorian was able to get me the deal I wanted shortly after we set down to haggle. Marc stayed with me and offered up engaging conversation to occupy my time while I waited for my vehicle to be detailed and the financing process. I was out of there knowing my reps by name and feeling like they cared about my experience. Extremely impressed by the courtesy they showed me. I will recommend this dealer to everyone I know looking for a new car. My new Liberty came out of detailing looking better than I could have imagined. Kudos to your staff. WOW! I have never been so comfortable buying anything in my life! We went in not excepting to get as great a car as we did wind up with, but Marc, Dorian & Rhett made it possible for us to get a much better my life! Took my 2009 GC SXT to West Valley Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge for Safety, Emissions Test, Oil and Oil Filter Change at 6:50 AM where Service Advisor Jimmy Zeimet opened the door 10 minutes before 7:00 AM schedul for Safety, Emissions Test, Oil and Oil Filter Change at 6:50 AM where Service Advisor Jimmy Zeimet opened the door 10 minutes before 7:00 AM scheduled opening time. All the services were properly completed before 8:00 AM. I have waited for more than 4 hours for other dealerships to complete the same type service in the past and now have West Valley Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge perform all service on my 1999 FC SE, 2009 GC SXT and 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I have had excellent service at West Valley C-J-P for 12 years. More
