Marquis was/is very professional and helpful when we purchased our Pacifica. We never felt that we were lied to or misled. I will return to this dealer when it is time to replace the Pacifica. I have worked with other sales people at this location in the past and was treated decently but never anything like Marquis. He is a good person, doing a job - that he does well by the way. If you arrive at the lot with some background information about what you want the sale will be pleasant. More

I think Ken Garff is a reputable company, but not this particular dealer. The sales people lied and told us that our purchase was covered by a warranty, which it was not and we were only told so after we particular dealer. The sales people lied and told us that our purchase was covered by a warranty, which it was not and we were only told so after we had signed the contract and they were attempting to sell us a warranty. Furthermore, they misrepresented the Gap Insurance as being required and never sold it to us, but merely typed it up in our contract. If you choose to go to this lot, BE CAUTIOUS! More
