I had met dan through previous business dealings. After taking a huge hit on my credit report I had talked to him about getting a car for a few thousand dollars that I could pay cash for. We were even able to test drive a car that had just been traded in about an hour before. After dan checked into everything they had at all their lots we realized that nothing in stock would fit into my price range. Dan made me feel very comfortable through the entire experience and even gave me some tips on how to find what I was looking for elsewhere. Dan is the type of guy I would trust sending anyone to for a new or used car. He knows about every car and truck that I have ever talked to him about inside and out. In Feb 2010 my wife and I bought my 07 Ram out of it's lease and also purchased a used 05 Nissan Altima. The lease purchase went very smooth but the salesman Joe Trenn tried to sell us the Altima for $3k lease and also purchased a used 05 Nissan Altima. Evidentally he's never heard of the internet and smart phone. My wife and I actually had to have the price reduced with the finance manager to get to blue book. The salesman here are crooked. No big surprise. Typical car salesman. The day I find a truely honest car salesman will be the day they EARN my business for life. Needless to say I won't be returning to this dealership unless they can provide a salesman that's honest and trustworthy. Atleast the facility was clean and inviting. More

When we first pulled in Dan was right their and helped us. He helped us 4 years ago when we bought the last company trucks. They spent a lot of time locating the colors and accessories we wanted and had to bring in trucks from other lots. The had them all their the next day with all the accessories put on and cleaned up and ready to go. Dan went over all the features of the trucks with us individually and help us set up certain features. I don't think I could have been more pleased with the service I received from here. I had no intention of buying a new car when I visited the ken garff dealership. A short, cocky sales agent more or less gave me the keys to the car I was interested in and told me to drive it. He gave me no information on the jeep I was about to drive. I returned and left with no lasting impression. After my husband and I had a discussion we decided to try again. This time we spoke to Natalia Lafollette. Natalia reviewed our choices with us, explaining literally every feature and cost with us. We decided on color and features. However the dealership did not have it on their lot. Natalia assured me I could return the next day and they would have it. Returning the next day was the best thing I did. Natalia true to her word found my jeep and I love it. Best experience ever! More

We had to bring in our 2006 jeep liberty to have all four of our window liftplates replaced. Carlos was very helpful and kept us informed and worked very hard to make sure we didnt have to spend any money ou of our window liftplates replaced.
