Hi Brian- Thank you for the response. The shortcomings that can be addressed are the VTR fee of $399 (plus tax), and the trade payoff. If you wanted to adjust the dealer doc fee in relation to the time spent standing around, you could but it certainly would not be expected, as I agreed to the $299 fee. I did not agree to standing around for 3 hours though. I will give you a call later today in regard to the trade payoff. Thanks, Andrew Chase- 801.244.9981

Andrew, I appriciate your prompt response. It looks like you purchased through the Ken Garff Bangerter location. The General Sales Manager for that location is out of town. I know that the VTR is an optional product. I will contact the Sales Manager as soon as he returns and have him give you a call. I know it's not standard procedure at any location to make guests wait three hours and I apologize for that. I did look at your deal and you may find some comfort in the fact that your purchase price was $1,600 below TRADE IN value and $5,500 below retail value.
