Made an appointment to test drive vehicle, greeted by the receptionist quickly and cordially who paged the sales person. After 10 minutes I had to go up and have him paged again. Took my 2009 GC SXT to West Valley Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge for Safety, Emissions Test, Oil and Oil Filter Change at 6:50 AM where Service Advisor Jimmy Zeimet opened the door 10 minutes before 7:00 AM schedul for Safety, Emissions Test, Oil and Oil Filter Change at 6:50 AM where Service Advisor Jimmy Zeimet opened the door 10 minutes before 7:00 AM scheduled opening time. All the services were properly completed before 8:00 AM. I have waited for more than 4 hours for other dealerships to complete the same type service in the past and now have West Valley Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge perform all service on my 1999 FC SE, 2009 GC SXT and 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I have had excellent service at West Valley C-J-P for 12 years. More
