Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT

When I first went into the dealership it was for an oil change for our 2009 Dodge Ram. While waiting I decided to look at some new vehicles and ran into our salesman, Jeremy. We weren't planning on purch change for our 2009 Dodge Ram. While waiting I decided to look at some new vehicles and ran into our salesman, Jeremy. We weren't planning on purchasing another car until August but after Jeremy and his supervisor, David, worked with us we ended up with TWO new vehicles and are very happy with them. We traded in the 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 for a new 2011 model and also got a Jeep Compass. My husband and I have always been impressed with the customer service and professionalism shown to us at Ken Garff. We have purchased three other vehicles from them in the past so this makes five now. Jeremy and David were extremely professional and did not try to pressure us into any purchase. They catered to our needs and were very patient as we made our decisions. It was a very, very comfortable and positive experience for us. My husband went to just look at a Dodge 1/2 ton 4x4 for $20,000, that had been avertized on television. That was not available so the sales people help him find one close to the advertized price. He left to get financing at our bank and returned with me. The seat was not electric so I could not see well to drive it. Together, the Sales people found us one with electric seat at the new car dealership. We test drove it and liked it. To find the truck we were looking for was difficult because we had specific needs for towing a trailer. They found the truck that had all our needs. They stayed late and got us a better rate than we had gotten earlier in the day. They even help us unload our truck so we could take the new truck home that night. They worked a good deal for us even though they didn’t have the $20,000.00 truck available. Yes we would recommend this dealership and sales people. In fact one of our friends loved our new truck so much that I drove them out to the dealership and introduced them to one of the sales people. They are not ready to buy just yet but when they are ready they will go there. More

Overall experience was very positive. John Scott is an outstanding salesperon. I would work with him again. The parts and service fix that was required was performed by another dealer because we wanted t outstanding salesperon. I would work with him again. We should have waited to have the repairs completed in Utah. The Idaho service and parts delay was unsatisfactory. I would definately not recommend Ron Sayer Dodge for service or parts. The parts were ordered incorrecty twice--not my problem. They had the vin and the vehicle to ensure the correct parts. They just failed wide open. In fact one part is still on back order--now promised for May. More

So I went to the ken garff downtown and they pretty much jiped me. I went in there to look at a 2005 honda accord but when I got there the guy showed me an old pt crusier, my heart sank. My sister and I leave madder than ever. My sister suggests we go to the one in west valley by the harmons building, so we did. This one was soooooooo much better. Natalia was doing everything she could to make me feel better with my experience there. I really appreciated it. More

I am usually very against buying from a dealership because of the pushy salemen and stiff fee's. I have only bought from a dealer 2 times in my life and i am 33 years old.
