Rusty Pace was very friendly and helpful as was Rich Evans in destribing truck features, Ken found us a truck that was about what we were looking for. Wanting to take a look at the 2011 Chyrsler 300's and upgrade from a 2005, I visited the dealership and met John Scott. After looking at the new ones and running some figures, it became apparent that I h upgrade from a 2005, I visited the dealership and met John Scott. John was very patient with me(which isn't easy) as we even looked over the new 200's. John then asked me what my ideal car would be. Right off the bat I gave him the criteria of: dual exhaust, sun roof, awsome stereo and sporty looking. He sat down at the computer for a few moments and then said I've got it. What he got I had to have. A 2010 Chevy Camaro, iced silver in color. After a few dollars on my part and the keyes to my 2005 Chrysler, we managed to make a deal. I might have spent a few dollars more than I had planned but I am more than satisfied with this car. As far as service with the dealership is concerned, I only have one experience so far. There were a few scratches on the paint of my new car and we scheduled it to be returned for touch up. My roommate took the car in as I was out of town and was provided with a loaner car for the next day. Unfortunately, the paint man had a personal family incident and was unable to perform the work that day. We resceduled and again were provided with a loaner with no problems. Without taking the paint all the way down, the scratches are almost invisable. He also took care of all the other nicks on the car. I would have liked it done better, but they went above what was originally agreed upon. I am definately satisfied with my car and the concern I have felt from this dealer as to maintaining that satisfaction, More

We had a good experience with this dealership. Preston was awesome to work with; very friendly and helpful. They were great to fix an issue with the steering shortly after the purchase of the vehicle. I was awesome to work with; very friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have seating in the reception area as we found ourselves and children standing around waiting for someone to help us. Also, the replacement car we had while fixing the other was not so great. It was filthy, the alarm went off every time we unlocked the car and the brakes were so bad it shook like crazy every time we stopped. Lucky for us, that's not the car we bought :) They did offer to switch it out but we were able to pick up our van that day. Overall, we had a good experience there and felt the price of our van was fair and reasonable. Thanks!! More

It was quick and easy with no hassle. Natalia has been great to help me get to know my new Jeep features. Also Alex in finance gave me all the simple options to pay, as well as the great information and suggestions from Rich Evans in Accessories. The entire experience was wonderful.
