Scheduled for oil change but took 2 and half hours for it
to be done. Why schedule something if it doesn't happen immediately. My car is also leaking oil after the oil change as well.

Had a very good experience overall but I am finding
little issues with my van I wish I had seen before buying. The carpet in the back of the van is comming out from under the trim.
