Best car buying experience Worked with Steve Smith. Wanted a foreign used car or a Ford used car. Couldn't find one that really fit us for a few weeks. But Steve kept his eye ou Worked with Steve Smith. Wanted a foreign used car or a Ford used car. Couldn't find one that really fit us for a few weeks. But Steve kept his eye out for one and called us every now and then to let us know what he had. We went in on a weekend because we saw two Ford Fusions. We test drove one of them, the other one apparently had transmission problems. The one we test drove we ended up liking. It was a 2007. Steve said he had a 2010 Fusion that had come in recently. We thought it was out of our price range but we test drove it anyway. We absolutely loved it and wanted to see if we could get. Steve helped us find a payment that worked out and we ended up getting it. We were surprised that it worked out the way it did and we are very happy with the purchase. We did end up having a problem with the car 3 weeks after buying it. The check engine light came on and the car started to idle rough. We talked to Steve who had us come in and had his service department look at it. It was a bad fuel injector. They replaced it and didn't charge us a thing. They wanted us to be happy with the purchase and because the problem showed up relatively soon, they told us that they would cover the cost of the repair. It has been an awesome experience overall. We are recommending them to everyone we know. More

I had 4 escorts for customer service within the first 5minutes.(I bought a car in 1993 from Henry Day at the other location) I had my first contact with "Lucy"~~outstanding voice on the phone. I had Jeff Hosek (manager) gave me directions to see Lucy. I then had Jason Volney(Sales mgr) and Hal Derviskadic(sales consultant) All of them were " 7" in customer service! They weren't pushy and I felt comfortable with all of them.(I have been in customer service for 30yrs) I am retired and I needed a car that was reliable and Henry Day did that for me! Jake Beck was a total delight as finance manager. Jeff Hosek was very outgoing and sincere as a manager with customer service. I give them all " 7" stars! I plan to spread the word about Henry Day as a very Pleasant, Non-pushy dealer! Hal was extremely helpful and 7 stars as a salesman! **I give La Point Ford a "F" Flunk rating~~No comparison to the caliber of Henry Day in WVC! More

best car buying experience EVER! I have nothing but rave reviews for this dealership! We had no intention of buying the car that day, we just wanted to see what was out there and the I have nothing but rave reviews for this dealership! We had no intention of buying the car that day, we just wanted to see what was out there and the price we were looking at for the model we wanted. We were NOT immediately descended upon like fresh meat, in fact, we never felt any pressure at all!! Our sales consultant, Hak Derviskadic, took the time to answer all of our questions, before, during and after the sale, and to set up the SYNC system for us as well...and to show us how to use all of the features...something I would have never figured out for myself!! The loan officer shopped our loan until he managed to get the absolute best rate for us, and when we discovered an error in the sales docs, an oversight really, it was IMMEDIATELY corrected, and the sales manager came right over to apologize himself, something I rarely see!! I rarely take the time to post a review for any business or company, but I was just so impressed with our overall buying experience...I felt like they all deserved a shout out!! Very Pleasant! Our experience at Henry Day was pleasant from beginning to end. I found the vehicle I was looking for online for a competitive price. The price was thousands less than the comparable car at the major "box" chain in Utah. The car was very well presented with a power train warranty included. The dealership offered me a significant amount more for my trades than what I was expecting, and sold the car for $4000 below book--I verified this. Our salesman was Joel Gutierrez. He has to have the most perfect hair I have ever seen--I mean PERFECT!! On a serious note, he did his research and was able to answer my questions upon arrival and address our concerns upon the vehicle inspection. Joel was very professional and presentable. I did not get any of the "salesman" vibes that you may get at other dealerships. I would recommend that you give Joel a call to see if he can help you. It was easily worth the three hour drive. More

They call Henry Day Ford in the morning as well as other dealerships to see if they have the Ford Focus and Ford Fiesta they had been looking to check out. As they are calling around, they look at the different ways they feel as they are talking to these unknown people. Noticeably, talking to Simon from HDF seems the most like talking to a normal person and not someone trying to sell you a car that you might not even like. The daring couple chooses to go to HDF first. dun dun DUN! They aren't even in the door yet and are greeted already asking if they're here to see someone, Simon is notified before they're in the building. (So awesome!) They go in and soon Simon walks over to let them know he's driving the Focus over that they asked for. 5 minutes there and we're already test driving our car. Long story short, we were in and out in one day. Fantastic service and no pushy salesman. Two thumbs up. Four stars. =] More
