I bought a used Toyota Land Cruiser. I live in Seattle, WA and saw the vehicle on the web. I called Roy and he was great to work with throughout the process. My car was being detailed when I arrived and it was as Roy described over the phone - no surprises. In about an hour I drove out of the dealership and headed back to Seattle. I hate shopping for cars, as a matter of fact I walk in tell them that I don't like to play games, and if they play games, I'm leaving. And I have many times. We even ended up buying a car, with no hassel, payments we could afford. Then a couple days after getting our new car home, we find that there was a problem. I call and talk to Feras about it, and he makes it right. We didn't have to wheel and deal, he just took care of me and my car. It was the best car experience I've ever had and I've told all my friends and family. I will be going back to buy my next car there in a few years. :) More

We went in to look at and possibly purchase a new vehicle at Henry Day Ford. We were approached by Feras shortly after looking around. He was very friendly and knew each vehicle well. He was very accepting of what WE were looking for and never pushed anything on us. He let us make the decision of what was best for us and just informed us on what we needed to know about the cars. We were there for a little while working on financing and insurance paperwork which is expected when purchasing a vehicle and he was kind enough to bring us pizza and beverages. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable in our purchase. We will definitely be purchasing from him again. Through the finance process we worked with Jake Beck and he was able to explain everything in detail and help work out the best deals for us. He was even able to help us with questions regarding a refund on our after market warranty on the car that we were trading in that was not even purchased from Henry Day. He took his time to help us with this and it wasn't even something he had to do. The team at Henry Day Ford made this our best car buying experience yet and we will definitely be back. :) More
