I was looking on line at your site....found the truck I had been looking for. Chated with on line greeter, then randy contacted me. I went to the dealership looking for a new truck for myself, and ended up ordering a new car for my grandson. I worked with Simon, and he was outstanding. When I decided to wait on the truck, I went in myself, and ended up ordering a new car for my grandson. I worked with Simon, and he was outstanding. When I decided to wait on the truck, I went in to order a Fusion for my grandson as a gift and met with Darrel. He was great as well and seemed to have an amazing amount of knowledge. I ended up ordering a Fusion with a fantastic price upfront, and waiting. The car came in just as ordered and on time! While Simon was delivering the new car to me, I mentioned that I had a Lincoln with some of the same options as the new car that I had no idea how to use. Simon told me no problem, set up another appointment for me, and spent 2 hours going over the Lincoln Navigation system with me on a car I did not even purchase from them! I am a retired attorney and have been on my guard with people all of my life, this dealership and it's people made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would recomend this dealer and it's sales associates without hesitation, especially Simon and Darrell. More
