Everyone I worked with really looked out for my best interests. This was my first car-buying experience, and I had heard so many horror stories that I was terrified to walk into a dealership. However, the car salesman, the sales manager, and the financing officer that I worked with worked very hard to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted (no more and no less) for a price that I wanted to pay. The Finance office even ran several lending scenarios to see what would end up saving me the most money. This took a lot of extra time for him, but ended up saving me an extra $800. The sales department wasn't pushy and answered all of the the questions I had (and I had a lot!). More
when we first pulld up there were two different dealerships and the ford lot was very lit up and there were people standing outside even though it was dark and the weather wasnt the best as soon as dealerships and the ford lot was very lit up and there were people standing outside even though it was dark and the weather wasnt the best as soon as my husband and i got out of the car feras was there to help ( but not in a pushy way like most places.) he was very friendly and we got right to looking at cars he showed us only cars that met our qualifacations as soon as we found a car we liked we wasted no time in getting all the details. feras helped us out with a rate and a down payment that we could afford. he also got us drinks for while we handeled all the business. our overall experiance was great and we could recoment it to anyone. My experience with this dealership was very good. I never felt pressured in any way , they took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered felt pressured in any way , they took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They also stayed way past closing time ( on a Friday night no less) and even drove my truck home for me! How many other dealers would do that? My buying experance at Henry Day Ford was alot difrent Feras as well as Martin Peterson (whome I had talked to the prior week ) let me tell them what i need and was looking for and they talked to me and showed me my options then stood by letting me make my decition without pushing me to do so faster then I was ready to . I like the apperance of the lot , service center , show room and waiting areas . I look forward to doing the rest of my perchasing through Feras or Martin at Henry Day !!!! More
