The quick lane manager did advise that the brakes were ok,but the back needed to be replaced in the near future. He said it would be 170.00 for replacement. I wish he would have told me both options and let me make my decision. I asked him about both choices and then he told me both options. My salesman, Feras is EXCELLENT.I really enjoyed having him to help me pick my car. He checked out ever inch of each car before I even test drove it. He got me a great deal on my new ford fusion. The dealership as a whole I like, but am not totally impressed with. It took 1 month and 5 scheduled appointments for them to finally fix the sun visor in my car. They seem very disorganized and not completely honest. I am still having some problems with my car and scheduling appointments to figure it out. Feras is the only reason I bought a car from Henry Day Ford and the only reason I am continuing to go back to get the things I need there. More

3 days before Christmas and I decide to go test drive the ford focus(never thought I would ever buy a ford) Titanium and Jake is there to help me.He was just fabulous!
