Mike Day is a friend of my husband. We have know Mike and his dad Henry for over 40 years. With the exception of a couple of cars, we have always bought our cars from Henry Day Ford. He did not at any time try to pressure me into buying a car or try to change my mind. Roy was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He also gave me information that I didn't know I had to ask. Roy helped me with the snyc info for my car and went over it with me a couple of times. He wanted to make sure I understood all the functions of this product (which I was very impressed). Roy was very kind, knowledgeable about his vehicles and very compassionate about my situation.
