Everytime we have brought one of our vehiclesin for service of any type, we have always recieved great customer service from everyone. We havent had any problems with work that has been done, so we ha service of any type, we have always recieved great customer service from everyone. We havent had any problems with work that has been done, so we have never had to bring our truck back for the same reason twice. we always have driven a little farther out of the way to come to your location because the facility is so clean and again, everyone is so nice and friendly. The only thing (which we understand) is the prices. My husband loves to work on his truck himself sometimes, and when he does he always calls to compare prices on different items and also to check the price on labor. We continue to come there because in the end we know it is the dealership and you will pay a little more for what you get, and we have always had a great experience there with you guys. In the end...no complaints. More

My 2010 F150 3rd brake light was leaking water into my cab. They replaced the light. My Sync system still doesent work right. I will have to bring my truck in again to get it fixed right. Roy and Darrell were willing to spend a good deal of time helping us resolve cell phone connection issues with the Microsoft Sync in our 2010 Explorer and 2010 Fusion Hybrid.
