We definitely enjoyed our car buying experience at Henry Day Ford. They had a great selection of vehicles, especially the Ford Focus - the car we were in the market for. We drove the SES with Roy and when h Day Ford. They had a great selection of vehicles, especially the Ford Focus - the car we were in the market for. We drove the SES with Roy and when he showed us the SYNC feature I was sold. When we got back to the dealership after test driving the SES we inquired about the SEL parked two cars down, Roy let us drive that one as well! It was only $20 more than the SES, so we decided to go for it (leather interior and all). Not bad for a couple who set out NOT to buy a car, huh? The price was just right and we loved the discounts we received - even $500 off for graduating from college in the last 2 years. Roy and Taylor were great to work with - not pushy at all. They knew what we needed and made it happen. They seemed just as excited as we were to make this purchase! This experience was not as scary as we thought it would be thanks to Roy, Taylor and the rest of the Henry Day Ford staff. We look forward to seeing them again. This was a very pleasant car buying experience. I worked with Roy throughout the day via phone and email. He was always prompt in getting back to me and answering any and all of my questions. Roy had the car pulled up right in the front when I was able to get to the dealership and ready to go for the test drive. The van was in great shape just how I was told over the phone. There was none of the "let me go talk to the manager". It was here is your payment this is your interest rate and here is the length. I also love the lifetime engine warranty. WE BOUGHT A NEW 2011 FORD TAURUS SHO. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH THE GUYS AT HENRY DAY FORD. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND NOT STUFFED SHIRTS LIKE A LOT OF PLACES WE WENT. Roy is very very accomodating. He does not make you feel uncomfortable or that he is hurrying you for a sale. We came in with a car in mind, my son couldn't fit to drive in it. While we were driving, and Roy let us go alone, he was pulling up the details of the deal on his computer. We came in and said sorry won't work, he cheerfully said ok lets walk around and find something else. We decided to look at trucks and he walked around the whole lot unlocking every truck we wanted. We took the truck for a ride andhe stayed behind doing the paper work again, and we came in the office area to sign on and found a car in the store that worked perfect. So we started over again and we did buy this one. We also had a trade in that was valued and the next day he found a better price for us and gave us more money. Now who does that!!!! No car dealership or salesman that I know of. We have purchased five cars there in 13 months and it is because of Ford's great product and because of Roy and his partner Hawk being exceptional salesman.!!! More
