Roy is very very accomodating. He does not make you feel uncomfortable or that he is hurrying you for a sale. We came in with a car in mind, my son couldn't fit to drive in it. We came in and said sorry won't work, he cheerfully said ok lets walk around and find something else. We decided to look at trucks and he walked around the whole lot unlocking every truck we wanted. We took the truck for a ride andhe stayed behind doing the paper work again, and we came in the office area to sign on and found a car in the store that worked perfect. So we started over again and we did buy this one. We also had a trade in that was valued and the next day he found a better price for us and gave us more money. Now who does that!!!! No car dealership or salesman that I know of. We have purchased five cars there in 13 months and it is because of Ford's great product and because of Roy and his partner Hawk being exceptional salesman.!!! More
