The team at Ken Gordy Ford could not have been more easy to deal with. We bought a used Porsche Taycan from them. We lived over 2 hours way. Avoid this dealership's service department at all costs. They kept my car for two full weeks, only to accomplish absolutely nothing. I originally brought it in for a standard alignment, and they completely messed it up. The car drives worse now than it did before I handed them the keys. To make matters worse, their communication is non-existent. I have been calling repeatedly to get them to correct their mistake, and no one is willing to help or take accountability. They dodge calls and offer zero solutions. Keeping a vehicle for two weeks just to return it in a worse (and potentially unsafe) condition—and then ghosting the customer—is completely unprofessional. I will never bring my vehicle back here, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want your car fixed right the first time. More

We have taken our 2026 Ford Explorer back two separate times for a recall we constantly are reminded about via emails' phone calls and mail. The first time, Ken Ford had the vehicle for 5 days (in January times for a recall we constantly are reminded about via emails' phone calls and mail. The first time, Ken Ford had the vehicle for 5 days (in January) and said they couldn't get the part and we would have to come back. We brought it back again last week (4 months later) for the recall, oil change and to check an issue with a backseat seat belt sensor. After having it for 3 days, we had to call to check status on the vehicle and were told the oil change was completed but the recall part was not available and nor was an electrician to check the seat belt sensor and we would have to come back. We have left our car there for a total of 8 days to have the recall handled and yet the post isn't available even though that is the reason it is there. We have been going to this dealership for 22 plus years and usually have great customer service but these last 2 visits for the same vehicle have been unacceptable. We are a family of four with only 3 vehicles (2 of them are Fords from this dealership) and needless to say, this family is not satisfied with our recent experiences. More
