They sold me a car and said that I was buying a KG custom package, and then I ended up getting in front of finance and told her, "Don't run it." I signed it; it's a mistake. Do not run it. They sent me 5 emails to sign; I refused because it was the wrong amount. I said, "Take the car; I'm not paying that amount." That while hundreds of people shuffle in and out. They fraudulently pushed it through. My home is flooded. In between offices and rentals, I start to get bill notices for incorrect amounts and then ask to be put on autopay. Next thing I know, I'm in collections. First of all, I have all the evidence I need to call the authorities for stuff like this; if they don't take me out of collections, I will sue, and I will win. It affected my buying power in a rate environment where it is crucial. I found this out while under contract and then saw my credit score down 100 points. They are a nightmare; DO NOT deal with them.
