Came in to purchase my 3rd Ford in the family from this dealership. Was looking at a year old 2023 Explorer ST in May of 2024 with over 3,000.00 miles on it. Dealership still wanted full price for the vehi dealership. Was looking at a year old 2023 Explorer ST in May of 2024 with over 3,000.00 miles on it. Dealership still wanted full price for the vehicle. Notified sales man I work as a first responder and have bought multiple Fords from this dealership. Salesman did not care that I had bought multiple Fords there in the past or that I was a first responder. I felt the vehicle was significantly overpriced. Dealership salesman did not care and provided me with an option for a white baseline Explorer.. I will not be purchasing any more vehicles from this dealership and will not be returning for any service now or anytime in the future. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would! More
