Horrible, avoid these guys. Anthony and team only care about making a sale. They take your money and time and then Anthony takes advantage of your exhaustion and confusing you. Still in the process 2 months after buying the car. There are so many worthy people out there that you want to give your hard earned money to. They play this game of ignoring your calls and emails. So we can play too and now you’re exposed and won’t do this to others hopefully. Also BBB involved as well as case number through Ford. The five star reviews must be friends or family or of course can make some happy … But this experience is not ok. Why would we finance tax and license?? Why did our personal plates not get transferred? Why did you chase us out the door when we told you this wasn’t for us… And then say we were this close?? just because we were preapproved for $60,000 isn’t up to you what money of ours you want to use to your benefit. After six hours never offering water or coffee, saying goodbye, shaking our hand never said nice doing business with you never said or showed us how to use the features on the car… You know it was a bad experience yet. Greed got in your way.… Called the customer service first thing in the morning and it has been a cat and mouse game ever since dozens of phone calls, not returned dozens of emails not returned We thought we resolved it by meeting with Ramy and getting the hundred thousand mile warranty that was supposed to be included and now we have to deal with the license plates not being transferred correctly. And already on the second day of not returning calls or emails with this situation. Bottom line don’t do business here. Save yourself the headache There is many other worthy companies. More
