My family has purchased and leased multiple vehicles over the years. My personal experience with Ken Grody Ford was frustrating to say the least. I purchased and Used F-150 and so far have been happy with th the years. My personal experience with Ken Grody Ford was frustrating to say the least. I purchased and Used F-150 and so far have been happy with the vehicle. Previous purchases have been great and the process was simple and smooth. Due to COVID they dont allow you to drive the vehicle, but instead ride along. I wasnt a fan but didnt fight it. I would have liked to drive it first cause i would have gotten a chance to feel the hard shifts this truck has. I negotiated to have a couple things done to the truck before coming back to pick it up and finalize the paperwork the next day. I had to call 8 times to finally get ahold of the salesman because he failed to call me back or even let me know what time the truck would be done with its final inspections for the Certified Pre-owned process. Finally spoke with him for him to tell me to come on down but the truck wont be ready and i can get it on saturday. I was pissed and suddenly they were able to get the truck ready in time. I picked it up but there was no temp registration and they were never able to provide it till i drove back down multiple times. I called the sales man and have never heard back and had to deal with his manager that then tried to imply that i was being difficult because i demanded to have the things done that the salesman promised. Honestly there is so much more to all of this and there is too much to type. I wont be going back to service my truck there and nor will my family and i definitely don't recommend them anymore. More

Bad Service, Bad Excuses, Bad Managment I purchased my 2017 F150 lease vehicle on 06/01/20. The finance manager, Francisco, processed all the paperwork including my upcoming registration tha I purchased my 2017 F150 lease vehicle on 06/01/20. The finance manager, Francisco, processed all the paperwork including my upcoming registration that expired on 07/31/20. After 2 months, I still have not received a 2021 registration sticker, so I decided to contact the DMV if it was already processed. According to the DMV representative, Ken Grody Ford still has not paid the full amount to complete the process & is missing documents to complete the transfer. I am not sure when I will receive the 2021 sticker. I contacted Ken Grody Ford and spoke with Sandy Avalos, who is in charge of the DMV file, but her excuse was that she was out of the office for several weeks and not sure of the situation. Ken Grody Ford had over 2 months to process my paperwork and as of today, 08/04/20, they still have not completed & I did not receive a response from Francisco. Bad service! Bad excuses! And bad management! More
