Very poor representation for service dept! Unfriendly, felt as if I was bothering them, didn’t ask me questions if I’d had issues with my car, if recalls had been completed, or upon pick up di Unfriendly, felt as if I was bothering them, didn’t ask me questions if I’d had issues with my car, if recalls had been completed, or upon pick up did not go over what was done or the costs, I had to go back and ask them “if” things had been done , shouldn’t they have gone over that? I told them I’m taking a long trip so want to make certain brakes and all were good, they said nothing upon pickup..I’m an elderly woman which is very important for me . They just had no customer service skills, Next the gal said 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, I got there at 915, I went I. At 1210 to ask about my car, they said oh let me get to that and bring your car up, how long had that paperwork been sitting on the desk??!! Very poor communication with customer! More
