I live in Fresno California and I called on a honda pilot that they have listed on cars.com. Tim Meade the guy I talked to on the phone told me it was still on the lot and that it had the light gray interior that they have listed on cars.com. He said that he would have the car gassed up and ready to take for a test drive. He then offered to give me a call if the car sold before we got there. I said yes that would be great since we are driving from Fresno just to look at this car. When we get there we meet with tim the sales manager. What a huge disappointment when he takes 20 minutes to look for the car we called on to finally tell us that they sold it a month ago to the managers daughter. The whole point in calling an asking was to eliminate problems like that. So needless to say I drove 5 hours roundtrip and wasted gas money because he lied and said the car was still there. Roberto was the most amazing sales person we have ever had. We must have tested over 5 cars before making our choice. He was there for us during the sale and after.
