Purchased a new 2025 Honda Civic and couldn't be happier with Winter Honda. I spoke on the phone with Phil Nazareta after he met with my wife and daughter. We worked out a price on the phone; I will say they wouldn't send it via email (because they didn't want me shopping the offer) but the definitely honored what we spoke about and I couldn't be happier. Sales person was slick but the financing department messed up my contact then made to come and resign. I had an appointment and they made we wait while they sold and financed other cars to other customers. I guess I come last. Johnny in finance is a user and he'll say anything to get what he wants. I can't believe I left work early for this. What a poor experience!

My wife and I recently brought her SUV in for service, and our experience with Fred (Farhad) was extremely concerning from the moment we arrived. During the drop-off, the way he looked at my wife and the way he interacted with her made her visibly uncomfortable. What should have been a routine service appointment immediately felt inappropriate. Later, he called my wife and attempted to pressure her into purchasing new tires by using scare tactics, claiming the tire was “going to blow up” if she didn’t replace them immediately. This type of fear-based upselling is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. When we returned to pick up the SUV, his behavior escalated even further. He continued to direct inappropriate looks toward my wife and began asking personal questions that had absolutely nothing to do with the service. His demeanor and comments made her extremely uncomfortable, and it was clear this was not a one-time issue. What made his conduct even worse was the complete lack of respect he showed toward us as a married couple — openly behaving inappropriately toward my wife right in front of me. This type of conduct is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I am genuinely concerned he may be behaving this way toward other women as well. I strongly believe management needs to address this situation seriously and take appropriate action. My wife and I have purchased Honda vehicles for years and have consistently serviced our cars at this location. Unfortunately, after this experience, we no longer be coming back to this location

My elderly father, who has clear cognitive impairments, went in for a basic Honda priced at $36,700. By the time they were done with him and I arrived to see the damage, they had ballooned the total cost of the loan to an astronomical $61,256. They didn't just sell a car; they exploited a vulnerable senior. Here is how they padded the bill: • Redundant GAP Insurance: They pushed GAP coverage despite his personal insurance already providing it. • Worthless Add-ons: They charged thousands for a "special coating" on a brand-new car that didn't need it. • Aggressive Upselling: They tacked on an overpriced extended warranty that he didn't understand and likely won't ever be able to use. To take a $40,000 out-the-door price and turn it into a $60k+ debt for a senior citizen is predatory and shameful. They saw a confused customer and his daughter as a payday rather than human beings. Buyers beware: If you have elderly parents, do NOT let them step foot on this lot alone. This business lacks a moral compass and clearly prioritizes commissions over community or character.

This was my first visit to Hayward Honda after years of horrible experiences at Autonation Honda Fremont. Everything about my service visit to Hayward Honda was fantastic! I was greeted within 90 seconds of arriving (I didn't have to hunt someone down). My service advisor (Enrique) was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I was given timely updates without asking. My car was ready early. I was offered a Lyft ride. They washed my car. Great coffee machine in waiting area. They did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. It was so incredibly painless I will only come here going forward. Not sure why I waited so long.

I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and oil change. Immediately after the service, my gas mileage went down about 20%. I brought this to the attention of the Primo service manager. He completely blew me off. After about 3500 miles, I performed my own oil change, oil filter change, and air filter change. I was aghast when I saw the filth of the air filter which was obviously never touched. After performing my own service on the car, my gas mileage returned back up 20% to its normal. When I tried to bring this matter up with the Primo General Manager, I was told that there currently is no General Manager. If you go to Primo Honda you are playing with fire.

Bought a new car from them and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. We negotiated a price on the phone, but when I went there in person they made it seem like the price was still the same but it’s not. I was made to pay thousands of dollars more for the car when I only choose this dealer because of the deal that I was supposed to get. When asked about change, they said that they couldn’t do it and that the first seller I talked to was lying, but I was never informed of the new price while in the dealership. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them to work with me about changing the price, signing a new contract or something but they just kept putting me on hold. I have got no one picking up my calls for days or the manager picking up and giving me an offer but never following through with it. The last straw was him telling me to come in on a specific day to sign a new contract and was supposedly out for the whole day because he was in an unexpected meeting. I decided to just get a check for the extended warranty that they added without asking (they even told me I can cancel it myself if I didn’t want it, but how could I even do that if they don’t want to submit the paperworks) and when I texted that to the manager, he replied within seconds of my text. That’s when I knew, he was just playing with me and was never really going to do anything. I’m going to take this as an expensive lesson learned and hope no one else will fall for their lies. So my advice with this dealership is don’t do it. You would get cheated, put on hold, played and in the end they don’t care. So don’t buy a car here.

Bait and switch dealer. Made me an offer for my car, had me bring it in and wasted time just to say they cannot come close to their proposed offer. As mentioned they said my car was perfect and found no issues. They just threw out a number to get you to waste your time and get you there so they can lowball you. Every car on their lot had a "markup" package. That tells me everything I need to know about this scam dealership. Stay away!
