5 stars is not high enough . . . I have not had this much fun in years purchasing a new truck . . . Wonderful dealership I love all of the employees at Ken Houtz! We have purchased several vehicles here, and each experience has been great. The staff is so knowledgeable I love all of the employees at Ken Houtz! We have purchased several vehicles here, and each experience has been great. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful, and they remember us and make us feel valued every time we visit. We purchased a vehicle here in January which was recently totaled in an accident (while we walked away safe and sound), and Ken Houtz made replacing this vehicle such an easy process. It was such a relief to work with their friendly staff after all that we had on our plate, and our love for the Equinox has only been further reinforced with this experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new vehicle! More
