Before making a purchase, they let me take an extra long test drive with one of their prized possessions which helped in making my decision. This is the first dealership that extended me such trust. Grazie to Mike who went above & beyond to ensure my experience was positive and special. He saw the excitement in my face being behind the wheel of an Alfa Romeo. He made sure all the key features of the vehicle had been covered to include the horsepower, drive type, and safety. Further, Mike, Gino, Kyle, & John work great as a team and each one shared different details (e.g. heartbeat of the car, meaning of the emblem, etc.) with me about the Alfa Romeo. They did everything in their power right off the bat to enable me to take home a Giulia with no negotiating required. KP offered a great luxury, sporty sedan for a reasonable price with no pressure. It was my first time buying a car on my own (without bringing my dad along), so I probably asked a lot more questions than most people do, but Fred and the others were extremely friendly and helpful. There was no pressure in the selection process or the test drive, and once I made my decision, they made the financing process simple. They even went to my own credit union for the loan (which I would have asked them to do if I'd thought of it). The whole experience was just great, and I love my "new" (to me) car! More
