We spoke for three days before being able to come in and do the trade in. Fred and with some help from Gino did an amazing job on doing everything they could to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Excellent customer service from all the employees! Great Buying Experience I had seen a ford escape on their website that had caught my eye. I took a ride up to the dealership & could not find it on the lot. I was met by Fred I had seen a ford escape on their website that had caught my eye. I took a ride up to the dealership & could not find it on the lot. I was met by Fred Lipka who came right out to my vehicle to talk to me. The escape was not on the lot at the time, but Fred kept in touch with me & as soon as the escape was available, he had me come in to see it & fell in love with it! Fred was a great sales person & answered all my questions, Tom Brenholts arranged my financing & he got me fairly decent loan terms considering my credit was not the best. The price on the escape was very good *lower than book value" & I felt I was treated like a valued customer throughout the entire experience, I have had a follow up conversation with Fred Lipka who was in no hurry to end the call until he was sure I was satisfied.
