We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received on your vehicle last June 2016 (9 months ago). I spoke with Mike and he explained that there were some issues with your vehicle that the service department made you aware of, but that you declined those repairs. Mike, indeed, had offered to cover the rental car expense if the new issues occurring at that time had in any way been caused by anything we had done. The dealership in Colorado that looked at your car indicated to us - and to you - that the issues going on with your car had nothing to do with the previous repair we had performed. The additional $1900 was not for a re-repair but for another issue that needed attention. As a courtesy, we did offer to clean your floorboard and do a complete detail, but we have not seen your vehicle in the last 9 months. We strive every day to provide the best, most honest service and maintenance work we can and to provide our customers with excellent service. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding about the rental car reimbursement being on the contingency that your need to put your vehicle back into service was because of something we had done. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your business back, if that is possible.
