He kept us up to date with the progress of our repairs and left messages if we weren't around to answer the phone. He is such a pleasant person to work with and helped us out with transportation during that time. All Dealerships should have at least one KEVIN in their service department! More

Outstanding Service I was really late for my appointment with Kevin to have a part replaced on my Ford Explorer, but he just smiled and said, "no problem." I assumed I w I was really late for my appointment with Kevin to have a part replaced on my Ford Explorer, but he just smiled and said, "no problem." I assumed I would probably have to wait longer than normal, but was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready. I'm sure Kevin hurried my repairs along even though it was my fault for not being on time. This was my second time to work with Kevin, so this was not an isolated incident. Great service! Kevin Ortiz helped me out on my last service which should have taken at least a few days but had my truck ready by late afternoon same day. Awesome guy and awesome work. More
Dishonest service department I took my Ford Expedition (that I bought at This dealership) in for repair (leaking coolant) and routine maintenance. Was charged a total of $2300. I took my Ford Expedition (that I bought at This dealership) in for repair (leaking coolant) and routine maintenance. Was charged a total of $2300. Returned the vehicle a few days later as it was NOT repaired, left the next day for a 900 mile trip and was terrified that I would be stranded on the side of the road. Car shimmied the whole way and was leaking red coolant onto my floorboard. I called Mike Viselka when I finally arrived at my destination. He was very friendly, told me to have the car towed to nearest ford dealership and get a rent car.... not to worry, they would pay for it. In the end, the second service dept wanted another $1900 to re-repair the problem I had already paid for and they REFUSED to pay for rental ($500+). This is the most dishonest service dept I have ever encountered. I now drive a Chevrolet. I can't believe I read in our local newspaper today that you awarded them a service excellence award. What a joke! More
