Experienced but extremely uneducated I do not feel the dealership as a whole is incompetent... but the service department are the most friendly guess with no clue how to repair their own I do not feel the dealership as a whole is incompetent... but the service department are the most friendly guess with no clue how to repair their own products!! I made the mistake of actually attempting twice to have minor warranty repairs done and neither trip was successful. They talk an amazing track record but when it comes down to getting anything done other than a oil change they are by far inferior to the average dealerships!!! I will say the sales staff is knowledgeable but once you get past them your are definitely on your own. Thank you for such a headache Ken stoepel ford service dept.!!! More

He handled the insurance process from beginning to the end. Throughput the repair I was never once left in the dark. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Kevin Ortiz to anyone who is in need of car service!! More

Excellent Service Department Was traveling Friday, Labor Day Weekend, and my right headlight went out. I found the replacement at the Buick dealership, but they couldn't find time to replace it for me. Even though I have a Buick, I tried this Ford dealership. Service Rep., Kevin Ortiz, worked me in immediately. The mechanic actually had to remove my front bumper to replace the headlight! I was able to get back on the road with minimal time lost. Totally enjoyed my experience with this service department. So much better than what I experience in Austin. More
PCM and TCM replacement I was on a road trip and my car refused to start at a gas station. Kevin Ortiz in particular took care of me like I was family, and I cannot emphasize how much he helped make an extremely stressful situation into a minor inconvenience! I would gladly return to get my car worked on here, even living in Houston! More
Stranded while driving out west of Kerrville While driving out west in my 2016 Explorer it decided to stop north of Junction TX. After a wrecker brought me to the closest dealership I met Kevin Ortiz "service manager." After speaking to him he went and discussed my issue with a mechanic Phillip. Immediately he new the issue and asked for it to be brought around. Basically while I walked over and had some lunch and walked back to the dealership I saw my vehicle driving through the parking lot. Approx. 2 to 2 1/2 hours after I had arrived there I was back on the to Louisiana. If you are faced with a similar situation please ask for this TEAM. Thanks again Kevin and Phillip. Jeff More
Transmission Service Bullitin for the TCM-Fantastic service I made an appointment to have the S.B. effected and due to living 90 miles away was provided a vehicle to conduct the many errands that we do when we I made an appointment to have the S.B. effected and due to living 90 miles away was provided a vehicle to conduct the many errands that we do when we get to the city. I know that the 'loaner' came out of Kevin's pocket. The TCM fix was not successful and we had to return a week later. Since the work to fix the problem required a longer time period, Kevin Ortiz did "back flips" to get us a car for the three days required. Our car was ready on time when we returned and both times Kevin helped us transfer our things. He was more than courteous and helpful--He was concerned that our car get repaired and that our other needs be met. I could not ask for any better service. More
