By far the worse dealer I have ever experienced. They are not helpful, poorly trained, and truly do not care about the customer. You are just another number to them. I took my car in because my car doors wou not helpful, poorly trained, and truly do not care about the customer. You are just another number to them. I took my car in because my car doors would open while I was driving which is very dangerous. After taking my car in several times and fear for my kids whom are often in my car, the supervisor told me they couldn’t figure out the problem. They returned my car without any resolution. His suggestion was tell your kids to wear their seatbelts. I am still in shock of his response to my car’s issue. However, he was quick to try and send me cars that were available to purchase. If you’re looking to buy a car this isn’t the dealer for you. Keep on looking, they fail horribly on customer service and are misleading in every way possible. I do NOT recommend this dealer. And if you purchase a car from them, you’ll regret it. More
