So I found a 2016 Toyota Tacoma I wanted on the website about 3-4 weeks ago. I went in and was told they could call me once it went through it’s check up they do. Got a call yesterday 9/14/23 from sales ma about 3-4 weeks ago. I went in and was told they could call me once it went through it’s check up they do. Got a call yesterday 9/14/23 from sales manager Trevor he called to let me know the truck should be ready tomorrow 9/15/23. Called Trevor back same day, had to leave a message. He calls back today saying truck should be ready and I told him that I was on his website last night and put in for pre approval. Trevor told me he would have his sales men Vember call to get my drivers Lic to start the paperwork. Vember calls and doesn’t know anything about the pre approval I was trying to get and try’s to convince me to come Down to the lot even tho they hadn’t picked up the truck, this was around 3pm 9/15/23, I tell him I would really prefer to get the pre approval before I come back down to the lot. I had already gave all Needed info for the for the pre approval online the night before. Then he texts that the truck is getting cleaned up and when can I be down to the lot? Even calls me “boss” at an attempt yo Make me feel important, I again advised in text at approximately 5pm 9/15/23 that I want to start with pre approval and reminded Vember that I had patiently waited 3-4 weeks for the truck to be ready and would like to complete pre approval. I was simply ghosted 3-4 hours later. I am writing this review in real time at 9:16pm 9/15/23. They clearly have enough business and don’t really care to actually help the customer in the way that they ask. I looked though the reviews and crappy customer service seems to be a BIG issue for them, not only on the sales floor but the service center as well. As someone who has owned his own business in the past I am very upset that one of the biggest dealers in anchorage is so hard on its community. Anchorage is small and word of this crap will travel and may not have a result immediately but if Kendal Ford continues on this way eventually karma will catch up! More

Brian has great customer service and was able to answer any questions and concerns I had. I have been to other repair places in the past but end up coming back here for service for the comparable pricing any questions and concerns I had. With Jason's help, I placed an order for a new vehicle in mid-November 2022 and received i Kendall Ford of Anchorage for the great buying experience! With Jason's help, I placed an order for a new vehicle in mid-November 2022 and received it in mid-February 2023. So, three months from ordering to ownership - not bad as far as I'm concerned. I was very pleased with how simple the entire process was, given the state of new car sales and supply chain issues that are going on right now. Jason kept me informed every step of the way and seemed just as enthusiastic as I was to get my new car (to replace my 26-year old car!). Just like the ordering process, the rest of the purchase (financing, paperwork, licensing and registration, etc.) was smooth and painless. After hearing horror stories of outrageous dealer markups for new cars in today's market, I was overjoyed to see that Kendall Ford of Anchorage does not do that, and they didn't try to up-sell me on additional things that I don't need or want. There was never any high-pressure sales tactics or any of the other bad things that you hear about car salesmen and dealerships. Overall, I am super happy with my purchase, the entire experience, and the friendly and helpful staff at Kendall Ford of Anchorage. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. THANKS MUCH, JASON!! More

I went to buy a blue pre auction dodge ram 2500 and they said it was great etc etc. I took it to me havoc and right off it has the dodge engine misfire which is thousands to fix or replace engine. Folks at Ford didn't seem surprised and I asked if it might come down on price given it's issue. The manager Andrew said it got sold, laughed that it was a mechanics special for full asking price. Now a month later it's up on their site again with no disclaimer saying it's great and no issues. I had a feeling it would be and that I ought to leave an honest review once it did. Dishonesty from management means at the core this business isn't about its community as they told us, but rather making their sales at any cost to their customers. My family and friends have been well advised to stay away, I would buy used or auctions with caution. More
Sales and financing did great to get us into a vehicle, but once we left the lot they totally forget about any contractual obligations to the customer. We have had to contact them regarding items we purchased and have yet to receive the items a month after signing the purchase contract. Service department is terrible and the "we owe you" service end is a joke! We wound up having Kendall Chrysler do the undercoating. We will not be dealing with dealership again. We will be referring friends/family to shop elsewhere. More

He kept in touch with us while we were driving up in order to be sure to be there when we got there. We wouldn't be able to drive it home without getting studs put on so Shane worked with Johnny in the service department to support that to happen. Johnny and his manager went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get the studded tires on early the next day so we could drive home. That really made a big difference for us, both for time and money. This was not your old fashioned way of hard pressure sales, these folks really showed great personal care. Shane was personable and flexible with us taking our time in reviewing the vehicle and options. I would highly recommend this business. More
